Is everything handmade?
Many of our products are handcrafted in small batches by Nourish Haus. Others, like our bar soaps and lip balms, are USDA Certified Organic and curated from trusted partners to meet our same non-toxic, intentional living standards.
Are your soaps USDA Certified Organic?
Yes — our bar soaps are USDA Certified Organic and made with natural, nourishing ingredients.
Do you also carry curated products from trusted partners?
We do. While much of our line is handmade in small batches, some products are carefully sourced from certified makers who align with our non-toxic, sustainable values.
What is Daily Bloom (Signature Scent)?
Daily Bloom is our exclusive Nourish Haus scent — a bright, uplifting blend of ylang-ylang, bergamot, and vanilla. It’s floral, fresh, and lightly sweet, designed to bring a little joy to your daily rituals.
Do you offer unscented / fragrance-free options?
Yes. We carry unscented options in foaming soaps, lip balms, and bar soaps, and we’re always expanding for customers who prefer fragrance-free care.
What ingredients do you use—and what do you avoid?
We focus on simple, natural, and intentional ingredients like organic oils, butters, clays, and botanicals. We avoid parabens, sulfates, phthalates, and synthetic fragrances.
Are your products vegan and cruelty-free?
Most products are vegan and all are cruelty-free. When we use non-vegan ingredients (like beeswax or honey), they are clearly listed so you can make the best choice for your lifestyle.
Are your products safe for children?
Yes, our products are safe for everyday family use, but every child’s skin is unique. We recommend unscented options for younger children or those with sensitive skin, and always suggest patch-testing before first use.
Are they safe for sensitive skin / pregnancy?
Our formulas are gentle and non-toxic, but sensitivities can vary. Unscented products are often best for sensitive skin or during pregnancy. When in doubt, consult your healthcare provider before introducing new skincare.
Can I use the Sun Balm or lotions on my face?
Yes. Our mineral Sun Balm and lotions are gentle enough for face and body use. Because everyone’s skin is different, we recommend a patch test first to ensure it’s a good match for your skin type.
How should I store my soaps, balms, and foaming soap? What’s the shelf life?
Store products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Our soaps last longest when kept on a draining soap dish. Shelf life varies by product, but most are best used within 6–12 months of opening.
Wellness Bundles
How do Wellness Bundles work?
Each Wellness Bundle is a curated surprise experience. You choose your bundle size (15 or 25 picks) and up to two theme colors—or select Mystery for a random draw. We hand-pack your bundle with a thoughtful mix of self-care treats, lifestyle essentials, and inspiration goods. No two bundles are ever alike.
What’s the difference between 15 picks and 25 picks?
15 Picks → a lighter bundle filled with daily joy and wellness goodies.
25 Picks → an abundant deluxe collection with even more variety.
Both are packed with intention and always a surprise.
Can I choose up to 2 colors for my theme—or pick Mystery?
Yes! Choose up to two colors from our palette (Pink, Red, Orange, Yellow, Green, Blue, Purple, White, Black, or Neutrals). Or, select Mystery and let us surprise you with a random draw.
Can I request certain types of items (what I want most)?
Yes. At checkout, you’ll have a customization box where you can note what you’d love most (like skincare, crystals, wellness tools, or lifestyle goods). While we can’t guarantee exact items, we do our best to honor your preferences.
Can I list items I don’t want (allergies/sensitivities/preferences)?
Yes. You’ll also see a field to let us know what to avoid (like “no lavender” or “no bath bombs”). We’ll do our best to curate around your preferences.
What kinds of items might be included?
Bundles may include a mix of items such as lip balms, soaps, herbal teas, eye masks, crystals, bracelets, journals, stickers, skincare minis, bath soaks, candles, or other wellness-inspired goods. Each box is unique, so these are just examples.
How long does it take to curate and ship my bundle?
Please allow 5-8 business days for curation before shipping. Each bundle is packed to order with your selected colors and preferences.
Can I watch my bundle packed live on TikTok?
Yes! You can check the box at checkout to request a TikTok Live packing. We’ll reach out to schedule so you can watch your bundle come together in real time.
If I order multiple bundles, will each one be unique?
Yes. Even if you choose the same size and colors, each bundle is curated individually so no two are ever exactly the same.
Is everything in the Wellness Bundles non-toxic?
We guarantee that all Nourish Haus products are non-toxic and crafted with safe, intentional ingredients. When it comes to curated extras, we do our best to select non-toxic options—especially for anything applied directly to your skin. Some lifestyle items, like our ritual candles, may not carry a non-toxic guarantee, but they’re always chosen with care to complement your wellness experience.
Is everything in the Wellness Bundle a Nourish Haus product?
Not everything — and that’s what makes the bundles exciting! Each one is a curated mix of Nourish Haus minis and carefully chosen lifestyle goods from trusted partners.

Orders, Shipping & Returns
How long is processing and what are the shipping timelines?
Most orders ship within 2–4 business days. Wellness Bundles may take 3–5 business days since they are hand-curated. Shipping timelines vary by carrier, but you’ll receive tracking as soon as your order is on the way.
Do you offer local pickup?
At this time we do not offer local pickup. All orders are shipped directly to your door.
Do you ship internationally?
Right now, we ship within the United States. We’re exploring safe, affordable ways to expand internationally in the future.
What is your return/exchange policy?
Handmade & curated products: For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns once items are opened or used.
Wellness Bundles: Because of their surprise and customized nature, these are final sale.
If something arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days and we’ll make it right.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
If you need to make changes, contact us as soon as possible at info@nourishhaus.com. We’ll do our best to adjust before your order is packed and shipped. Once shipped, we’re unable to make changes.
How do I handle a damaged or missing item?
Please reach out within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo if applicable. We’ll work quickly to replace or refund the item.
